I recently plowed through season 1 of The Walking Dead. The way my brain expresses appreciation for stuff is to link it back to Dragon Age, of course...so this was pretty much inevitable!

AMC teaches us that it is the hubris of men which brought the Shanespawn into our world. Shane had sought to usurp the Group. It has been four centuries since that victory, and we have kept our vigil. We have watched and waited for the Shanespawn to return. But those, who once called us heroes, have forgotten. We are few now, and our warnings have been ignored for too long. It may even be too late, for I have seen with my own eyes what lies upon the horizon. AMC help us all.

I highly, highly, highly you go for the comics rather than the TV show. You get much more out of it. If anything... Anders is more like Glen.
