Hi, I'm here to give your piece a critique 
Of all the versions of this piece, I like your collage and pointilism the most; I really like that you're experimenting with different techniques and styles, and how Big Ben gives off a different impression and appearance in each of your pieces 
For your presentation, I suggest sticking to a plain frame and omitting the colorful outer one. While it gives context about the subject, the frame seems to be quite reflective, and the strong glare in the top section is a bit distracting. Additionally, both frames look a bit tilted here, and my guess is that the left portion is raised up. I suggest holding or taping down all the corners before taking your photo, so that the piece is flat
