Let me introduce you to Mr hat!He finds lots of hats that give him all sorts of powers, like a propeller beanie that gives him the ability to fly!
His arch nemesis is Dr. Nasty, who hates all hats because he had the top of his head cut off in a freak Bowling accident with Mr hat and he seeks revenge on him!

I heard of the new shows in CN, but never really saw all of it.
From what I heard, CN is trying to regain that goodness they had a long time ago.
