Just FYI; that's not a paramount lighting set up. The key light should be on axis with the nose, not at 45 degrees. What you've got there looks like loop lighting.

Well... Thanks for the correction, yet I would say this is right AND wrong ! The lighting setup here is correct... It's just the "model" that isn't posing right but should be facing the key/fill lights instead of the camera.
They never do what they're told anyway

In Paramount lighting, traditionally the key is above the fill - the fill is down there to soften heavy shadow from the subject's chin thrown by the high key light. Your description says the fill should be higher and behind!
Perhaps to avoid confusion you should re-upload the image with the subject facing the light, as currently it's incorrect as Daniel pointed out above.
Not a flame, just constructive criticism! I'm no expert, just lots of beginners may be searching for Paramount/butterfly lighting and find this plan confusing.
