First i downloaded the pdf file from Xioru. Make sure you have a program that reads PDF files like Sai or Photoshop, I dunno about gimp ;w;''
Then I loaded the model with no mme whatsoever and rendered it as a png to get it transparent. I just took a potrait shot of it and hid the image under the layer.

actually i just realized there's an easier way.
Open the PNG file.
Paste your MMD pic, re size it so it fits the way you want it. Click on one of the white boxes with the magic wand tool. i.imgur.com/NgH0Cgc.png h…
right klick on it and select "select inverse" i.imgur.com/dUDzTBg.png
then use the eraser tool and erase stuff outside the box i.imgur.com/bfoDTou.png
then select the magic wand tool, right klick again and select Deselect i.imgur.com/mpp0m78.png
do this with the rest
