I finally got Predaking done!
This was done with graphite pencil while his eyes were colored with yellow marker. Reference.

thank you. Actually, this is the scene where he was about to kill Ratchet. Though I wouldn't be shocked if he ever looked like that to Starscream. Maybe he did at the end of the Predacons Rising movie.
