I've been offline for a while and was thinking of something to toy with...then this strange and weird idea hit me.Yes I watched the cartoon and I never missed an episode. Venger was the God of evil cartoon characters in the 80's, I just think the dude has some personal issues.
What evil villain out there wears a pleated dress?
