this is fucking awesome. faved so this can help me with planetary assaults and the like in my uni.
though can't planetary assaults be relatively simple? juat bomb any resistance away. though a global insurgency would be hard to do

think about fighters which can kill bombers and enemy bombers which can turn heavy ships into pieces

Um, how about putting engines on asteroids and thrusting them into a planet. Even a slow 100m asteroid would do TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DAMAGE!
