Like the name, it is electrical based kamen rider, similiar with Kamen Rider Stronger, except this one the a speedster like The Flash from DC Universe. He has a burned S.H.O.C.K.E.R* logo on his chest, showed that he's in one generation with the early type of Kamen Riders that rebelled from it's own creator.

But based on the similiarity from Kamen Rider Stronger...could it be a previous model of Stronger? I don't know, let ask the author himself .

The wing shaped on OHM's ankles that functioned as the biggest energy compressors it's body have. These compressors could charged up to 50-80% of his energy and release it in a single blow."
