All sales are final in the case of adopts
In the case of YCH/ART, refunds are negotiated based on the work amount/process already done, refund processes may take awhile to send back/process as right now the only paypal commissions I take are to help a friend, and all money is directed to him

My art/designs may not be used or posted on NFT's, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchains. If you see them anywhere on there, it has been stolen
I, the creator of the art/design [ which ever may apply to any given piece ], retain all rights to the art, and do not allow anyone other then the purchaser to use this character/design/art in any way, I don't care if you resale, trade or gift them away[ in the case of adopts]
In the case of free/raffle art/adopts:
- As long as the art/adopt is sfw you do not need to be 18+
