Stunning. Seriously stunning. That's what I've always strive for. The crisp detail with still a high degree of complexity and creativity. I've been stuck with my art lately, and trying to bring it to the next level but having trouble! I don't have the best tools right now...but I never let that be an excuse. I could learn a thing or two from your art!

Wow thank you so much!! those are quite the compliments! All I can really suggest is to practice lots, and dont be afraid to try something out of your comfort zone! And pay attention to detail. If you look at your image, as yourself "does this horse actually look like its THERE?" if not, why? Then fix the problem. Thats what I do with all my art, I give myself a critique and make sure I fix it before I upload it

haha it still holds its own though! I have never been able to paint hair for some reason. Eyes, lighting, coloring. But I could never paint hair! The tutorial was a great first step in getting down the basics for me. And I totally understand about having no time! Just gotta keep trucking along
