purchase includes .psd, .sai and .png files

Please favourite if you buy the base.
You can use the base for adopts, references, giveaways or customs - you may NOT use it for commissions.
You must credit me as maker of the base.
You may NOT resell the base or give it away (even to your friends.)
It may be used in collabs, however, after the collab, only the person who has bought the base may continue to use it.

in case downloading fails (as it does in a few cases), you must NOTE me requesting the files with proof of purchase - a screen cap that INCLUDES your username AND shows the 'purchased' button.
