So I have been holding on to Kipling for like 4+ years now and originally got him just to keep a bunch of drama from happening. I do love him so very much but I just never ever use him and I feel bad holding onto him for such a selfish reason. The person that the drama had to deal with is gone now, so I feel comfortable selling him to a new loving owner.

I have permission from Colonel to sell him for USD so I hope whoever wins this loves him to bits! < 3 He's been in the dark for far too long.
I'll delete this submission as soon as he's sold.
