History: Mewtwo was created after years of horrific gene splicing and DNA engineering experiments. He has the most savage heart among all Ballators, lacks compassion, and strikes fear into his enemies with cold, glowing eyes. Because he was engineered to be the ultimate in battle, he can only think of defeating hisfoes.
Mewtwo has exemplified these vicious characteristics and is known to be capable of levitation, telepathy and mind control. However, under the right circumstances, he can be caring, protective, and even altruistic.
Mewtwo conserves psychic energy by remaining motionless in order to unleash his full power in battle. He is also capable of materializing psychic waves in the form of his signature move, Psystrike.
Quirks: Mind-controlling nurses named Joy, blowing up mansions and laboratories, killing scientists.
