Luz-verglio Enseyvian Regiments / Reggimenti Enseyviano Luz-verglio (RELV) are part of the Incursion Operations Unit (Unit Operativo Dincurzioni, aka Incurziori) of Luz-verglio (LV), which formed the Special Forces (FS). The Incurziori started out with maritime defense (considering LV's geography), and the FS were intended to be specialised as "all-Enseyvian". However, to increase its strength, the FS had opened its applications to Humans as well.

In secret (not so secret, really), a truly "all-Enseyvian" army was formed with a few Regiment bases scattered in the country. Their black latex look had given them the nickname "Onyx", which is fitting for a country that is powered by a gemstone, "The Light of the Red Gem" (La Luz Verglio, which the country was named after).

The Onyx are said to be in charge of secret missions, involving high risk (high pay) to safeguard the country from external hostility. But no one has ever really seen them in action, or hear of their exploits, asides from vague news headlines.

Like most Enseyvian units around the world, they specialise in guns and magic. Their distinct feature of their magiquip (magic equipments) is their "charm chains", which are charms layered upon the other for stacked bonus effects. Each charm may give a different stat bonus. The RELV have the ability to conjure digital effigies (through the accessory that looks like a slim thumbdrive on their cincher belt) which also gives certain bonuses.

They have jackets with "magic pockets", in which it can store as many items they can carry (the total weight is slightly reduced from real weight, and further reductions can be achieved if the user has a higher strength). Their uniform also adds evasion rate. All magiquips rely on magic energy, which can be replenished through potions (or M.E. drinks).

While JS' talents lie in elaborate strategies, and MQ's in strength and Enseyvian tech, LV's specialty is in tinkering as well as unorthodox methods. The idea for the design is to be "runway-worthy and battle-ready", perfect for a country known for its fashion industry.
