The water is really really awesome. heck, the fire is, too. I really love your painting style. The woman is oddly proportioned- she seems to get smaller as she goes down. But maybe you just intended it to be interesting perspective? Her hands look awesome, and I really like those stylized clouds.

european dragons eh? i do think that chinese dragon's are far better of than the european ones! they are more majestic looking than the western.
