It was a warm unforgiving night,chrysalis had done something she never thought would happen in a 1000 years.She had been staring at the blue princess for a while now,did they actually just do what she thought she did?it couldn't be.Chrysalis felt an urge go over her, she was hungry .She shot up and looked down at Luna,she had so much love inside of her.Chrysalis felt her horn light up and a pink light come from Luna's chest.She stopped before the light could feed her,she couldn't.She looked at her body,over looking the scars she gained over the years,she saw her stomach. She was starving .She NEEDED to feed,she NEEDED to eat and a meal fit for a queen was right in front of her.But she couldn't.She remembered 1000 years ago,when she lost her.She missed her.A part of her wanted to fly away and never return,but what if?Chrysalis thought to herself,she didn't remember much,but what if she somehow got Luna pregnant?She couldn't just leave,sure she was a villain but this was her love,her lost muse, her Luna .Another urge came over her,another wave.Chrysalis started to growl,she trotted close to the ledge of the balcony.Chrysalis looked down and saw a few ponies trotting around.She snarled again.Chrysalis looked back at Luna sleeping,and her horn lit up again.She felt like an animal looming over her prey,she had done this before.Her eyes were glowing as if she was a creature from the depths.The soft motion of Luna's breathing was as calm as the night.Luna felt safe,blissful,at peace.Chrysalis loomed over Luna,the pink glow from her chest tempted her worst than any siren.She craved it,no she needed it .Her mouth fell agape and her fangs glistened in the moon light.All of a sudden something small stopped Chrysalis in her tracks,a smile.Chrysalis teared up,how could she?She was about to drain her Luna of her love.Chrysalis remembered when she first met Luna,that smile.Chrysalis whispered "You haven't changed a bit,have you?still beautiful and full of wonder.".Remembering the many years of running and running,brought her to a place where the one thing she started down her path of wrath began.A palace with her and the moon being a spectator.Chrysalis's eyes still glowed as she watched Luna dream,how long had it been since she slept like that?Her eyes were all of a sudden tearing up.She barely noticed her mane started to flow and change color.She cried as she whimpered.She didn't want to run anymore,she wanted to love.She collapsed in front of Luna,sobbing.Her tears were like stars from a menacing sun.Chrysalis whimpered though her sobs,saying she was sorry on repeat.A hoof reached Chrysalis's hear,petting her.She froze,she woke Luna up.Chrysalis looked up her eyes peering deep into the pools of blue in her eyes.Luna pecked chrysalis's forehead as she whispered "you are forgiven..".Luna laid down next to Chrysalis as she looked at her moon.It was time for her beautiful night to end.The blue light engulfed the moon and it lowered,making way for the sun.Luna laid her head on Chrysalis's shoulder.Chrysalis felt something,she wasn't hungry anymore.She was satisfied at last.

Finally Luna noticed Chrysalis's now flowing mane and asked "now how did THAT happen?"
