The lighting effect for the shoulder tentacles is gorgeous, though the triple light-source effect kind of makes it look like a tank, not open water. Or was that the effect you were looking for?

Triple light? I need to start wearing my glasses when I color... Then again I could of made tank lighting subconsciously... It was meant to be open ocean. But the Whale shark tank is about as close to open ocean as I EVER want to get. (fear of drowning) O-O; I'll have to watch some more ocean life documentaries so I can get it right next time. X3 The little Mermaid probably wasn't the best reference for underwater lighting. XD

If you follow the beams of light you can see they would come together on three different sources. The effect is more visible by his hands, where the beams cross. (no, that's not a movie reference, they just do XD)
