I have no idea what to name this xD this drawing started as a paint tool sai line art lol total fail I got that far and could not figure it out anymore so I printed what I had drew in the fin and colored her. I mostly used copic marker at first then switched to color pencil for texture and adding in depth. I like the result but its limiting because once you add a thick layer of pencil you cant go in with white pen
fixed some issues in PS and done. Ive been trying to challenge myself with colors and bg and putting in more effort, hope you like it 
Done in copic marker, color pencil, ink and white pen. Ps added border and edited bg to be darker
