Squiggles enters a contest for the first time! Using some trusty birthday candles as props, he tosses them into the air and breathes out a light Ember to light them. While using Twister, he makes a birthday Wish: to evolve into a Dragonair!
Halcyon Serpent gains 30 levels! (Fullbody +2, Shading +2, Detailed Background +2) x5
Squiggles learns Ember and Wish!
