Description
Finally finished another appearance upgrade drawing for one of my older dragon characters, Azulis.
His old appearance was done back in 2007. Looking at him now, he's practically a whole new dragon lol

The major changes I made were in the facial feature design and fins, as well as making his patterns seem more natural. I also spruced him up with some reflected light color on his body so he's not just that one shade of blue all the time (afterall, he is a sea creature and they always seem to be flashing with color).
