Description
I've studied value and tone from photo reference. Paint from blank canvas till finished about 1.10 hour according to the recorded video.I also made extremely shorten wip version from it. You can download here (1.36 mb)
The size of full length and high quality video is quite big (3.9GB)

Wow, one of these days i'll be able to do something as wonderful as this... One of these days...
Curiously, how do you paint the shadows and highlights within the base line colour shape? I find whenever i do a lineless piece i have to go around the edges again to try and smooth it out and even that still makes it look kind of jagged.

I don't know how this artist does it, but I paint in photoshop and turn the base paint into a layer mask. That allows you to paint outside the lines, as it were, but only the color within the layer mask show up.

just put the video in camtasia, and then choose the mp4 720p, it will reduce the size of the video a lot

You may ned to practice even more, but it is very good anyway ^_^
