That goatherd actually hoped for his day to be more chill but at least that hippogryph was aiming for one of his goats instead of him.So I guess it's his lucky day.

Wieder sehr schöne Viecher darin, bei diesem Bild gefällt mir besonders die Pose und ich denke die Gemsen haben wenig Chancen, wobei der Hippogryph auch bald auf den Boden klatscht, wenn er nicht aufpasst. XD

The composition is really cool and I'm looking forward to see this on the book cover.
Maybe the inner mouth of the hippogryph could have been a bit darker to make it look more three-dimensional (the wings look really fine in that regard), but I guess the color will work nice in print.
Do you make test prints of your artworks or doesn't this help because it wouldn't look the same on the mass printing machines?

Tatsächlich mache ich keine testprints. Mein Bildschirm ist ganz gut durch einen spyder eingestellt, damit es dem ergebnis aus dem Druck aus der Druckerei unseres Vertrauens möglichst nahe kommt.
