For some reason that doesn't look like water to me, it looks like metal.
How did you go about setting this picture up?

My camera on a tripod with a slight angle downwards. 1/200s shutter-time and flash. The glass filled with water standing on a blue surface. I use manual focus and have it perfect before I start. Then I took a piece of cloth and dipped in water. Squeezed the water untill a drop fell into the water, timing it with the picture at the same time. Took alot of tries
I guess it looks like metal because of the colour and the lack of movement on the surface in an unnatural shape
