Marsh: Former reverend, father to Mel. Now free from the restrictions placed on him by religion, he over-indulges in nearly every vice imaginable with Crocker. However, he still finds time to be a good father (even if he isn't the best role model). He's often seen as 'creepy' by people who don't know him, since the majority of what he does is to purposely creep out/intimidate people. His main job in the crew is to serve as the 'getaway driver' and the cleanup crew with Mel.

Mel: Marsh's daughter, who is, by far, the youngest of the group. However, she is at times the most mature. Whenever Crocker is out of commission, she assumes responsibility. With her father at her side, the two form the cleanup crew of the gang. Her preferred weapons usually involve fire.

Crocker: The leader of the crew, Crocker is short, but vicious. He has little regard for morals, and often does whatever he wants. As a result, he cares little about whether he makes a mess (which annoys Baker endlessly). However, he DOES sort of admire how elegant Baker is, even if he doesn't really make an effort to be elegant. He's obsessed with roses, and his preferred weapon is often his pruners, which he likes to jab into people when they least expect it. He also likes to bite, which is probably why he has such terrible teeth. Like Marsh, he's kind of a bozo sometimes, but he always treats his crew with respect, and in turn, they respect him.

Rue: The 'brute force' of the crew, Rue is actually not as dumb as everyone jokes he is. However, he's usually too exasperated to prove them wrong, so he just sort of goes with the flow. He's very level-headed and calm, and often brings logic into inane plans that Marsh happens to propose. Together, the two are actually pretty good at making plans. Rue doesn't talk to Crocker much, however. It's more like Crocker tells him to do something, Rue does it, then Rue leaves. He's not particularly social, but that's more because he's awkward around the others. He plays it off as being tough and silent, though.
