Drawn while listening to this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=YlEb3L…Note: Nobody isn't actually a ghost. But, since it's Halloween, I thought I'd draw the weenie as one. I imagine he would be a relatively nice ghost, unless he died in some gruesome way, in which case he would finally snap and go all vengeful.

Ah, believe it or not, it's actually just done on two frames! The original frame, where he goes still, then I used "radial blur" on the second frame, which produces that jittery effect.
