Salamence barely has to move, I see a slight advantage here...
Despite being in their highest evolutionary form these two have only recently learned Dragon Dance so it might take them some time to master the skill, perhaps one day they'll even learn how to properly perform crossovers!

I can't really think of how I would charge for them though because I normally do full-sized animations and then shrink them down if I think they'll look cool.

Well! It's actually not as complex as it sounds (at least I hope so):
Daenerys Targaryen is walking (but you only see her from the bust up) and her dragon (Drogon) is perched on her shoulder, his eyes following her swaying cleavage and has a mischievous happy look.

Gonna be honest I don't think I'd be able to go into anywhere near that much detail if it's only for a small 50x50 icon, even for one of my regular animations it seems overly detailed (and I've never drawn using real-life references before except for a cuttlefish so I don't even know how it'd turn out, haha).
