Acrylics on canvas (61x50 cm); 2017Last one of the 4 paintings, making up my first series of new abstracts this year. Though the imagery can be classified as "abstract", the source of the composition is based on surreal combining of imagery I collected on my walks around my home-town streets, which I let merge with my subconsciousness... Everybody, who has experienced a northern winter, should connect with this painting on some level... Though, the winter can be "insanely" beautiful as well, it is always just too damn long...
