You have a strong technique and you are able to capture the facial expressions and the anatomy well with your use of shading.
Overall, the use of grey inspires a very relaxed if somewhat bleak atmosphere which contrasts somehow with her facial expression which is somewhat...positive and casual.

I really like her expression. It's like she is trying to take someone or something in. She seems relaxed over all and her attire and accessories make me feel that she is a free spirit who has either found herself or trying to find herself. She's smoking and I know this interpretation can vary from culture to culture-but that always says to me that this is the kind of person who just doesn't give a damn about some things in life (in strong, good kind of way) or that perhaps it is a relaxed comfort, reflecting on my previous statement. Over all it is a really striking drawing and her eyes really pull you in. There is an emotion there and it is mysterious!
