It did take a while, but not as long as my other request for <-- it's been a month and I don't think it'll be finished til like, summer at this pace.

Ok more comments since ^ was rushed. I'm going to point out somethings this time. (I'm very lenient when it comes to artist since I have no artistic talent and respect artists and I feel really bad when I point out things. It's a really bad habit. :/ So don't be offended and I'm not trying to be offensive or rude or anything. D: *flustered and feels bad already*)

1) the hair is really long o3o although that may have been because you saw 's avatar and didn't see the picture I linked to Blissful Wings (the genderbent male with the hair I was referring to. This probably is an error on my behalf for not being as thorough and clean. Or I'm being lenient and taking the blame like I always do. ; w; )
2) You forgot the snow dust of shiny blue awesomeness.

And that's about it. So that's really good. o 3o I really appreciate you doing this for me.

Good things! All the colors are spot on. This is how I envisioned my OC. Cloud, snowflakes, cutiemark, all very good! The wings are gradient'd correctly. <3
And the tail! The tail is just amazing!! I love the tail. n_n

Yeah I really wasn't sure about the hair so I kinda went with it. As for the snow dust, actually it is there, I would have made it darker, but honestly when I did it ended up being like this big blob and less like a cloud so I kept it light. It is very subtle though so I understand, just look closely by the end of the wings and down the cloud(no sparkles though)
