Tbh I totally would not be surprised if something like that literally happened in next season.
Think about it:
1. She's sent to save even shittier world without being able to cast heals. Gotta compensate it somewhere.
2. Characters in this series can gain lvl's by lifting weights - and that's the method main hero prefers.
3. There is a sword-god dude constantly trying to feed her protein cakes.
4. Literally the first female enemy they encoutered in first season used muscle growth. (so studio is cool with the idea)
5. She is immortal under normal conditions. Which makes her a good for the role of "tank".
