A Bleach image of all the Captains from "All Colour but the Black" redrawn to Naruto's Akatsuki (+Haku and Zabuza), inked here and currently being colored.
To clear any confusion:
Zabuza=Ukitake, just because
Kakuzu=Mayuri, cause of the stretchy arm thing
Haku=Hitsugaya, if you can't tell why, then I hate you
Deidara=Byakuya, hair similiarites mostly
Kisame=Shunsui, I have no idea
Pein=Yamamoto, leaders of their organizations
Konan=Soi Fon, their chicks
Hidan=Unohana, it makes me laugh and makes him swear more
Orochimaru=Gin, Oro can stretch his neck out as far as Gin's sword, and both are just as sinister
Itachi=Tosen, blind-ness
Tobi=Aizen, evil people who you don't think are evil, then you think they are dead, then you think they're awesome because they're really good villians, and the major villain at that
Zetsu=Sajin, mask
Sasori=Kenpachi, hair again
