If you put salt on wet watercolour, it creates the frost-like pattern - like on the background of the work above because it pushes away the colour. Here you have a nice link to the AquaTips in watercolour club [link]

Może farbę miałaś za suchą, musi być mokra, a jak posypiesz solą to nie ruszać aż wyschnie (można przyspieszyć suszarą do włosów
