I love your shading and use of illumination....the detail into the fabric folds is just right, not too much or too little, and I love the detail put into her lips and eyes especially. It's a great expression for her. One little thing I think though is that the fire around the base of her head is easily distinguished as being a lot lighter from her hair, I think if you had made it blend more with the hair near the base of the flame on her head then it would give more of the effect of the fire melding into the hair so you couldn't tell where one ended and the other started (Just like here hair in the cartoon). Besides that though Splendid work and keep up the good job! (I hope this critique helped....)
