I don't even know what this is inspired by. I guess i still had the previous one in mind and incorporated features of it into this...strange shape. Maybe i'll make another to make a series of three. If you have any ideas, let me know

This makes me think of a plant/insect hybrid It looks tougher than the first though.
Mabe the first one turns into this one and then this turns into a wasp/tree thing?

Ooh it does look like its made of vine or something. I was thinking these species would be on the same planet, but genetically 98% the same. Like we are to monkeys.
Apparently we're 70% related to slugs, but never mind that, it's a strange thought.
Anyway, a wasp sounds like a good subject for the next alien

These things strike me as different creatures of some "hive", a third one would be good
I like the saturated colours you use, and the yellowish highlights, but I think the yellow on the brown mouth-piece like part makes it look a little flat on that side. Everywhere else it looks great, and I like how it defines the body shape beneath the shadow
