cool, have you used Faber Castell's or Derwents before? Β I need to try some others....my 5 year old has Crayola pencils and I actually like them too, they're hard.

I use Faber Castel's graphite and I've toyed with some Derwent and Faber Castel colored pencils that weren't mine. They blended nicely I think. I wasn't using the textured paper I normally have when I tried them out so I cannot say for sure.
