7.5inx5.5in, colored pencil10/16/14
darn, it got wrinkled. Little owl quickie, maybe a little over an hour- half of which spent on the one wing. I love barn owl wings- they look like they're covered in a layer of ash, like they've been flying through fire.
This was fun. i haven't had time to just sit down and draw what i want in a while. good warm-up.

Thanks! i really had to try hard not to add highlights, since the picture didn't, and i was really tempted! But i love eyes! and owl eyes especially
