please do not misunderstand me but, when you say that :

I do get the first and second ones , but the rest , i guess it´s a big limitation, i know it´s your work so , you are free to impose , or rather ask for anything of it , but since it´s a stock concept , i would find it very pleasant if you could be less restrict , even though i´m not pretending to use any of your work ( in the present ) for personal , commercial or any of the above.
but in my case , if i were to create a stock photo dev like you , it would be to me ,very gratefull and also a great honor to see someone made it trough with my basis.
hope you understand, i do not mean to offend you , just trying to express my idea.

Well thats your choice. You are free to set down whatever rules you want for your own stock. She chose to set certain limitations that she hopes people will follow and adhere to to keep herself and her artwork safe. Not everyone does of course, but we all try to take that with a grain of salt.
And since you seem to be saying that you do not intend on using her stock in the future, I do not see why you felt the need to say something at all since it doesn't seem to have anything to do with you or effect your art in anyway.
And also, it was very inappropriate of you to leave this comment for her on her front page. It would serve her time and everyone else's time better if you note her with your complaint.

It's stock, that I take the time to create or photograph, then upload and give FREELY to people. I can impose what the hell restrictions I choose. Mine are incredibly reasonable, and logical and you would know that if you had experience of the stock and resources world. Evidently you do not.

If you want decent resources, then be prepared to either pay for it or shut up.
If you think I'm being rude, agressive or anything else, go and talk to =lindowyn-stock about it. I'm tame in comparison.

no , not rude at all, looks like i´ve touched in a sensitive matter here , i did not meant to offend , asi said earlier , i just wanted to state my opinion here , nothing else .
And yes , i do not have experience in the stock or resources world , since so , interprete this as a wa to clear my doubts , well ya got to learn it in a way , i chose to ask you why so restrict , but guess neither you nor Stock-By-Crystal got that i am pretty amateur here.
So please , understand instead of telling me to shut up , since this is an inocent statement.
And about Stock-By-Crystal´s post i do get all you say , but you failed to read what i wrote above , i do not intend to use pendlestock´s resources "in the present" because now I do not need them , who knows in a near future i might find them usefull to my work since i produce many types of things, and yes i do make a living out of my art ,so if use them and i will gladly follow those rules , give you credit , and even pay you for them, that´s the way i work , i believe everyone should be compensated for what they do, as i pay for stocks in professional works , and get paid for my work.
i just felt the need to write these words , because i am just by now understanding the phylosophy of this website, because i thought this to be an free art environment , guess only a week ago i got to see that we have a store here to by/sell that same art we all produce.
Sorry if i havent noted you but i guess i never used that feature , so this is quite the only way i knew of communicating around here ( but not anymore) .
I hope now , to have cleared any misunderstandings that may have ocurred here.

Deviantart isn't a 'free' community, it is a community where everyone should be recognised for the hard work that goes into their work - and that includes resourcers.
It is a sensitive matter throughout the stock community because people think that just because it's on the internet it's free. It's faceless. Well we're real people who work really hard providing resources and letting people use them at all is generous enough.
As I said, if you want free stock with no questions asked, there are other websites out there. DA is not one of them.
