Interesting thing about Kori's shoes... I've always like the 'traditional' ninja ensemble, and I imagine Kori would as well and thus, probably ordered custom shoes for her ANBU uniform. That, and I really hate drawing toes. XD Just... agh. Yeah.
I'm super happy you like Kori so much! I borrowed Kakashi's hair color from a screenshot of the ANBU arc and in contrast to her pale complexion, it was a lot darker than I anticipated... it's growing on me, and I'm glad to know it doesn't look odd.
