That ice effect is epic, how did you do it? It'd help me with that Ice Maiden oic that annoys me so...

oh thanx! it took a lot of layers and trial and error. best tip i can give is to play with your Linear Dodge option, whether it be on the brush that u use or the layer option itself. that makes things glow. Color Dodge makes some colors pop too so try that out as well. i made it up so if i can do it, anyone can. hope it works out for ya!!
