Description NOTE: this comic doesn't have blood or anything so it doesnt really fit the "mature content" guidelines, but it deals with death, touches lightly on really dysfunctional/harmful dynamics between people and some other heavy themes so if you're sensitive to that, be aware or just steer clear

yaaaaaaay this comic is done now i can work on other things phew
it's based on the album of the same name

this is a comic concerning a cast of 5 (6 if you include the dead one) characters, the main character being An Unrealistic Police Detective interviewing suspects of a murder

this was... really ambitious honestly
happy with how it turned out, but i know a few places i could have made better haha!

I'm impressed by the verity of panel lay-outs, each character with their own motif!

Great grimpity you did all these in a few weeks?  That is a confounding level of execution however long it took but if you did it fast it is confounding on top of that.

ive had the idea for maybe a year (and the script for maybe as long), but i finally started doing it after feb 14 (probably a few days or week after)
so its more like a month, but it's still improvement
thank you!! im tyring very hard to just... learn to focus on things and work on them
i want to accomplish a comic every month
this one was difficult because i was using paper that was larger than usual
but ive found out im a lot better at working traditionally than digitally, and in black and white than in color

Oh ah ha.  I assumed it was started only shortly before or after that march 19 message about "a little horror thing" even if conceived sooner.  Still I can barely get one comic page done in a month and all my frames are rectangles.  I would be surprised if there were anything you could not do if given the time and resources.  Of course figuring out what you do best and what advice to trust and which to disregard are also very important.  But your independent research is also quite efficient, from what I have seen.
