I disagree, specifically because some people really like scars like what she has. She's a field agent, by that I mean that she is no good back at the proverbial barracks. When I was in the U.S. Army, there were 3 types of soldier, field soldiers, barracks soldiers, and old soldiers. I imagine this isn't too different.

They are there, just really faded, kind of like they should be given that they are over a decade old.

I'm not sure what inspired her sudden, if brief, trip to nudist world.... it was very strange and unneeded, kinda like the chick standing in her apartment wearing only her underwear in All-star Batman and Robin... just something to give the anti-comics jerks more ammunition.

& to answer your question, Cass is not really that learned about prudeness & doesn't have much casual social skills, being raised to be an assassin & all that, so it's not all that weird...

It wasn't really a question to be frank. More of a statement, considering the sentence structuring, it appears that I was drunk when I made it as well, especially since I don't particularly recall this picture or saying that.

That said, Cass has a higher understanding of social skills than you give her credit for, remember she can read you body language, which allows her a glimpse into the minds of most of the people around her. Which basically says that if she commits a social faux pas, she will know it instantly because she will see someone who will react to her mistake, and since she's been doing that since she was but a wee lass, she probably has a better mastery of social skills than you and I combined.

The only logical conclusion (in-setting) for her to do this, was to get Grace and Thunder to recognize that she is human underneath the costume, and somewhat inhuman body language. Because let's be fair, Cass doesn't move or react like normal people or like a superhero, not physically anyway, to ordinary events, her movements seem stilted, and very unnatural due to her size. Too fast, too confident, too strong, for someone 5'5" 120lbs or whatever size they decide to give her. Frankly, I think she should be heavier than that, what with being almost all muscle.

Also keep in mind, though, that being trained by assassins and considering her personality, she probably just didn't give a single F' about being seen naked by her roomies, or simply didn't care enough to put on clothes for her trip to the fridge.

If you search for Batman and the Outsiders: The Chrysalis on Amazon it's in there, but you'd have to buy the entire volume for it.

One could potentially download a copy online, but a quick search in the usual places didn't find one. Some of the panels appear in this newsrama forum thread, however, starting at maybe about page 10.

There was a rapidshare of it on 4chan's /rs/ board, but the whole site is down due to an ongoing DDOS attack.

Looks like it's OK, though, because it turns out there are torrents of it around after all.
