Every day is a struggle,a battle,
a war.
I'm in constant turmoil,
fighting with the mirror.
But the girl I see there,
she's not quite the same as she was before.
She used to be everything
that I've ever hated,
all bundled into one singular person.
I can't quite say I love her,
but I don't quite hate her.
Even typing those words, "you are beautiful," feels like a lie.
