Even though we didn't make it into the SMOCT tournament, I at least wanted to show that I did take the judges' advices into consideration and finish this up for both experimenting and completion because nothing bothers me more then an unfinished work. I honestly would've told them that I am really grateful for their helpful criticism, but I'm scared stiff to talk to people of great importance, for this case, the judges. It's not just them, I'm like that with anyone I hardly know and don't want to bother them due to fear of being a pest or 'that one crazy fan' XP

Besides, I was actually harsh towards myself when I turned in this page and was beating myself up over it because, I knew I had two months and yet I still managed to blow it. I found it as a constant problem for me that no matter what I was working on, fanart, comics, school work, etc, I always felt that I could never finish in time even if I started early.

I know from reading that it sounds like a lame excuse, but I'm not saying that it should be justified as one. This is me talking about what I've been feeling for quite a while and I don't necessarily talk about a lot of real life problems unless it's REALLY urgent.

Some of the things that I mainly suffer from are depression and anxiety; two things that make a terrible combination. I can not tell you how much I actually tried to finish the previous comic, the one where it was our OCs VS Evil Clone Meow, and then having to get stuck due to frustration on trying to draw a pose I couldn't seem to get.

Another problem I have is time consuming; I have terrible sense in time and always use my thinking of 'Okay, I'll work on this for several weeks, and then move on to the other one.' but then keep getting hung up on the one I'm working on that I try to move to the next...only to get frustrated and stuck.

As much as it's hard to believe, the audition was drawn at the beginning of the second month (June). Even though I had the script and the basic idea of what had to be done, I literally got stuck after the panel involving Namida and Xena. For the next several weeks, I kept looking at the script, knowing what was coming next, yet didn't know how to draw that out from my head. Should I have more folks looking at the light or should I just move on so that this comic won't drag on like the previous ones?

Another thing that is painfully obvious about me; I'm stubborn. Even though I know I have friends that can help me, I get insecure on asking for help because of fear that I might become too much of a burden. This has always been a problem with me that I'm always trying to work on not being so afraid to ask for help, and believe me, I am changing that.

But I'm sure you didn't come here to listen to me ramble, and I apologize for that. I only ask for you to please don't feel sorry for me. I know I messed up but that's how life works; you make your decision, suffer the consequences, learn from it, and move forward. For this case, I'll keep trying to improve with my art and work on getting better with time management. It only becomes true failure when I stop trying.

After all, there are tasks, and Regina and I are already discussing ideas for our OCs during their time in ether Tasks or Spectators. We're already coming up with many concepts.

So with that, congratulations to those who made it in SMOCT3 and wish you all good luck I also want to thank the judges again for taking their time to critique on my comic, and truly appreciate their advice. I will try my best to follow them and understand them to hopefully improve in my work
