Description
Something silly I made based on one done byNotes:
Handedness- I just realized that I have usually drawn at least Leucine and Psyduck, if not others, holding stuff in their left hands. So I guess it's canon now.
Gracefulness- For many characters listed here, looks are very deceiving. The huge or chiseled ones tend to be martial artists of some stripe or another, so they're very good on their feet. The small/lithe ones either have raw power or weaponry which reduces the need for agility, or simply are not very good fighters.
Readability- Note that these values do not reflect the actual artwork of the characters, since I like to exaggerate facial/bodily language for the sake of comedy, or for reader clarity. In reality, the less readable ones would constantly have the same expression or are very careful about showing any strong emotions in public, but that would make characterization more difficult and less fun.
The ones who are not on the extremes of any spectrum may act a little differently as characterization and plot develops. The ones who are on the extremes, I'm fairly sure about keeping them that way.
Original/Blank is here
Characters/Art are mine.

This is insightful. The notes are also pretty humorous. I should try this some time I've seen a few people do it. But I think I'd be scared of how many characters I'd want to slap on there. >_>;; There would not be enough room and I can't pick favorites. x_x

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! It's actually really easy to do- make chibi heads (details will be lost at this tiny scale), turn them into bitmap brushes/stamps, and go nuts.
I picked my most developed characters= the main protagonists of each of my three stories (10), one main characters from each of 3 side projects (3), 1 fully developed char I inherited from another person, and two of my favorite comic relief characters who don't need enough depth for me to really worry about characterization. 17 in all.
The original creator put in 20 characters (made the head icons very small) for the first use of this meme. So, I think 20 is a good number so that you won't have to do much picking and choosing.

Hmmm true true. I could probably limit myself to 20. Maybe I'll try this. /v\ And a lot of my characters are fairly developed which is what makes it so tough. XD...Maybe I'll go with my "classic" characters whom I've had for a long time. I don't draw them that often but they've probably developed a ton in appearance and character over the years. <3 I need to start posting art ugh. >>;; I've been like half burned out for a week and I said I'd post art last weekend. |D

Well, draw when you're ready. Like all things, art can still call for some time off, you know?

This sounds fun, but also daunting! I really like how this confirmed a lot of my headcanons about some of your characters (like Abby Jr. being such a pure and cute bab in human form,) but also made me learn a bit more about the others!
The notes cracked me up, especially the ones for Psyduck!

It's not daunting. I didn't have to think very hard because these are my most developed chars* and I have a good sense of how they behave compared to each other, rather than put them on any kind absolute scale. The actual physical work is just making custom brushes/stamp tools of chibi heads (I think you can just dip into your existing commissioned art for that) and then plastering them all over.
I would look forward to seeing one done by you.
*well, you developed most of Vera. I looked at her former bio only after making this and was pleasantly surprised I guessed her education level and social ability about right. Not so much on the optimism though.
Abby Jr. is not an eldritch abomination in the form of a little girl, she is a little girl in the form of an eldritch abomination
The Grand Duck is pleased you liked his mini-biography. He will put your city on his "to do last" list.

Placing them in the spectrum is the easiest part. The more daunting part for me is making tiny heads representing each character that are relatively quick to draw. While using art I've received from trades/commissions/freebies/the like is an option, obsessive-compulsive tendencies refuse to allow me to use artwork from different artists and different styles for this particular meme. I've only made tiny heads for Virtus and Storge so far (you can tell I am doing the MdM Board first, before moving on to other characters.
I'm somewhat elated to know that Vera met your expectations to an extent. Her optimism was the kind that still allowed for a bit of cynicism if she's seen a pattern of failures from doing similar things.
Oh, I kind of forgot about that bit -- somehow assumed the opposite!
