Anime North Contest entry 04This is for Anime North 2011 Design Contest, and that's their mascot Hoppouno Momiji
This is my first time entering a contest, and I absolutely have NO confidence in winning this contest after seeing what others have drawn DX
But, I know that I tried my best, so no regrets

Ello! Ya i've been trying my hardest maybe give me some tips on how to draw better >:3

umhh for me, I learn by investigating other people's work...
so like I would find a drawing that I like and spend hours staring at it...
- try to find their drawing styles (I can copy almost anyone's drawing style)
- their colouring techniques
- how they present their work
- try it!
take your time and practice! it spent me about 3 years to get use to drawing manga naturally

Your so cool! I wish i could draw better manga. I mean i think I'm pretty decent. Hal the time i feel like drawing i have no inspiration. And then I'm constantly drwing the same person till perfection! I just need to get those boyd parts right. You know breast (have to be the same size) arms egs and feet and hands. I need to work on details too but i understand the gest of it. I know i can do it but i have little time to stare at pictures for hours! I also want to learn how to color in pictures with the color thingy but saddly i have no patience for that! xD
