Here, the esthetic from the film is used to reinterpret Jaye, although not without respect for the source material:
The power javelin owes itself most to Hasbro's 25th Anniversary Lady Jaye figure (2007).
Cobra's headquarters reference their New York City 'establishment' from the Marvel publishings.
The mole pod is straight from Rise of Cobra.
Finally Lady Jaye's explosive statement to Cobra's front door owes itself thoroughly to the action figure backing cards.

This is really nice! Good use of patterns without it looking out of place, and the paint job is great. Plus, I support anything that involves using a power javelin to blow up Cobra property.
