I know changelings are covered in holes, but I didn't think there was one in the back of Chrysalis's throat.
That would explain why she doesn't eat normal food.
This reminds me of that time Trixie's smile didn't cast a shadow, as if she also had a hole in the back of her throat.

lol, that is one way of looking at it.
This was my first attempt at drawing crysalis, so I made a few judgement calls for the sake of 'looking cool' that I would rethink next time. Namely the lack of mane, and the whole 'hole for a mouth'. Seemed like a good idea at the time...
