I've had this drawn for...over 6 months...and procrastinated on finishing it as usual. I decided the Holiday season was the time to finally get it posted. I liked the design the anime created for Chouji's mother (I've always referred to her as 'Chikane' in fanfiction... still waiting on a REAL name for her). I'm so grateful Kishimoto didn't kill off Chouza during the Pein vs. Konoha sequence. Of all the Parents of the Naruto crowd, he looks the most like he'd be an absolutely adorable grandfather. I also decided to age them just a touch (silver edging for Chouzu and salt & pepper look for the Mrs.)

Here they are with their granddaughter, my OC Kiseki (Chouji & Ino's daughter) as well as her older brother Hakaihoshi (Ino's son) who Chouza and his wife treat every bit like their own grandchild. Except when it comes to his inherent sense of rivalry with Kiseki: 'Hoshi' tries to keep up with her when it comes to eating the wonderful goodies Grandma Chikane prepares, but he can't because he doesn't have the Akimichi metabolism. They do their best to stop him before he has too much sugar, gets crazy hyper & crashes on their couch (Although Kiseki prefers when it happens because she can monopolize her
Grandpa Chouza's time.)

As you probably noticed both of Ino's Children have the Yamanaka eyes (Ino's olderst child Ryokou has them
as well).

I admit my background isn't up to my usual standards, but I didn't want to leave it white...and I wanted to get this done. Stop Me Before I Procrastinate Again!!!!

Chouza is Kishimoto's creation, His wife was designed by the Animation studio for the Anime
version of Naruto.
