About the "never drawing it the same twice"… quite frankly, who cares?! Do you think Walt Disney drew his Mickey Mouse exactly the same way all the time? (At least if he had drawn him himself, that is…) You gave Soot enough distinctive features to recognize him. He's got the big fox ears, the mane and his eye bags… As long as you get those right, It's Soot.
And actually, have you thought about the possibility that the way you are drawing changes because you are getting more experienced and your stile is developing? Because that is what I can see with every new upload you do
